Justice Courts
Pinal County has six Justice Court precincts that handle misdemeanors, civil cases up to $10,000, small claims, evictions, and traffic matters. The precincts are Pioneer Justice Court in San Tan Valley, Casa Grande Justice Court, Central Pinal Justice Court in Coolidge, Western Pinal Justice Court in Maricopa, Copper Corridor Justice Court in Superior, and Apache Junction Justice Court. The Pioneer Justice Court in San Tan Valley serves the unincorporated community of San Tan Valley and surrounding areas. This is the busiest Justice Court in Pinal County due to population growth in the east valley. Cases filed in this precinct include traffic tickets, misdemeanors, and civil disputes for residents who live in the Pioneer precinct boundaries.

Request Methods
Online requests use the electronic form linked above. This is the fastest way to get records. Fill out the form with the case number, party names, and which documents you need. The clerk will email you a cost estimate. Pay online by credit card. Receive the records by email as PDFs or by mail as paper copies. Most requests are processed within a few business days.
In-person requests are made at any courthouse location during business hours. The main Florence courthouse is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Bring a valid ID. Tell staff which case you need and what documents you want. They will search the files and provide copies while you wait if the case is readily available. Payment is due at the time of service. You can pay by cash, check, or card.
Mail requests go to Clerk of Superior Court, P.O. Box 2730, Florence, AZ 85132. Include the case number, party names, a list of documents needed, and your return mailing address. Send payment by check or money order for the copy fees plus $8 for postage. Processing takes several weeks. Mail requests are slower than the online form but may be needed if you do not have internet access.

Copies cost 50 cents per page. Certified copies are $35 per document plus the per-page fee. Research fees are $30 to $35 per year searched when the clerk must look through old files not in the computer. Shipping and handling is $8 for mailed records. If you pick up records in person, no mailing fee applies. Payment methods include cash, check, money order, and credit card. Online payments are processed through the Point and Pay system at client.pointandpay.net/recurring/PinalCountySuperiorCourtAZ. This portal lets you pay for court records, filing fees, and other charges online with a credit card or electronic check.
What Cases Are in the Docket
Superior Court dockets include criminal felonies, civil lawsuits over $10,000, divorce and family law cases, probate of estates, and juvenile matters.
